Terms and Conditions

All orders are subject to these conditions.

1) Delivery

Island Abbey Foods Ltd. reserves the right to ship orders as it chooses by parcel post, airmail post or courier service. All delivery dates are quoted in good faith. Island Abbey Foods Ltd. will not be liable for delays in delivery or failure to produce due to acts of God, acts of default of the Purchaser, or any cause beyond reasonable control.

2) Terms of Payment

Pricing is in USD. Payment is due upon ordering. Orders will not be sent until the payment has cleared.

3) Taxes

The 5% GST will be added to all Island Abbey Foods Ltd. orders shipped within Canada, and 10% PST will be added to all orders shipped within Prince Edward Island. Canadian taxes will not be applied to orders shipped outside of Canada. Please note Island Abbey Foods Ltd. orders shipped to countries other than Canada may be charged customs or duty fees and the purchaser is responsible for these charges.

4) Damaged Shipments

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as your order is received. We will do our best to resolve any issue immediately. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for any returned shipment(s). Please contact us to receive the RMA.

5) Returns & Refunds

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns other than for damaged shipments. We do not offer refunds. If there is a problem with your order please contact us as soon as your order is received. We will do our best to resolve any issue immediately.

6) Privacy and Use of Information

Island Abbey Foods Ltd. is committed to protecting your privacy, and providing our customers with a secure, private, and enjoyable online shopping experience. Island Abbey Foods Ltd. will not rent, sell or share your information with any third party.

Information that you supply to us either by telephone, fax, email or the internet will be used to process your order or to contact you regarding a specific transaction.

We will contact you by email to confirm your order. We may contact you by email for any other matters required to properly process your order. We may also notify you by email about new products, special offers and information that might be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, you may notify us by email.
